He’s lent his pop art to a Volvo V50, Audi RS4, and even a Bentley Continental. But before any of those, Romero Britto tried his hand at something much smaller…a 2002 Mini Cooper.
It was created for Norman Braman, art collector and BMW dealer in south Florida. Braman brought the Mini out into the sunshine as part the dealer’s premium car showcase during the Festival of Speed in downtown Miami.
This first generation Mini has been around for a while, but it doesn’t get as much attention as Britto’s other art cars. Britto's Mini wasn't auctioned for charity so it didn't get the publicity tours that the others received, making it a rare sight outside of the south Florida area.
